Terms and Conditions


All goods shall REMAIN THE PROPERTY of Inspire International and the title to the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid Inspire International all monies owing to us by you under all sales of goods contracts entered into between us.  Until you have made full payment of the goods they shall remain the property of Inspire International - this includes all freight charges owing.


Inspire International prides itself on its friendly, courteous and speedy service on a national and international basis. Inspire International customer satisfaction is ensured through a money back guarantee on any faulty stock that has been delivered to our clientele.  Any claims should be raised with the office within 7 days of receipt of goods, and in any case where products are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer all money, including freight charges, will be refunded.  In the case of change your mind on receipt of goods, each case will be looked at individually and if we decide it is appropriate your money will be refunded minus total freight charges, i.e. Meaning delivery and return, provided the customer notifies the office within 7 days of delivery and the stock is returned in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNUSED and UNOPENED, and we have decided to take the goods back.  Some goods are purchased on special orders from our suppliers, and some manufacturers will not refund us due to change of mind, so please choose your goods carefully as we cannot refund these!.

Refunds aren’t always an automatic right under Queensland Law.

Businesses in Queensland don’t have to give you a refund if you:

  • change your mind
  • buy the wrong size
  • buy the wrong colour
  • Please keep this in mind, if you change your mind we do not have to refund you!

We cannot under health laws refund bed bug protectors for any reason or used and unpacked bed linen due to Australian hygiene laws.

This is the same for EVERY retailer in the country.  For returns we will not credit your paypal or bank account until we receive the goods back, to protect ourselves from false claims.


All credit claims must be approved by the office and a Credit Claim Authority Number and Reason For Return Form must be obtained prior to our acceptance of the claim and the goods being returned. We will only accept credit claims on goods if they are:  Raised with the office within 7 days of delivery and returned in the original packaging, and unused due to Australian Health Regulations.  The goods must be returned with the correct paperwork that is obtainable from the office staff, and is to be completed and attached to the order, this paperwork includes:   Invoice Number, Reason for Return Form and Credit Claim Authority Number.  We will not pay the freight for CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: you will be responsible for all freight charges including delivery and return.  We will nominate the carrier for return of goods. (ie. Fastways Couiers or Australia Post).


Goods damaged in transit are to be claimed against FASTWAYS COURIERS or AUSTRALIA POST. The office MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY ON DELIVERY OF THE GOODS so that we can contact the carrier.


The office must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, and we will supply the correct goods that were originally ordered FREIGHT FREE.


Prices are subject to change without notice, if pricing increases after a quote is issued we reserve the right not to fullfil the order.


If a product is OUT OF STOCK we will try to notify you as soon as we hear about this. On occasions we have been let down by suppliers and have not been informed of this immediately, we will try to notify you as soon as we get word of a problem.  The OUT OF STOCK items will be placed onto back-order and as soon as the stock line/s become available they will be despatched to you the "purchaser".  If the items that are OUT OF STOCK  become UNAVAILABLE or an unacceptable waiting period is deemed by you to have passed,  you the "purchaser" will receive a full refund of any monies paid for such  OUT OF STOCK items.


Most Logan and Mason items are ordered on on a per order basis and delivery time for these to us, is generally 7 - 10 working days, then you will need to allow the traveling time once the goods are despatched from us to yourself.   Dependent on where you are this will obviously differ from state to state. If you are in urgent need of your order please call Cathleen on 0423 873 512, to see if the goods are in stock, and what the expected delivery time of your order will be. If any problem shall arise, that may delay your order,  you will be notified immediately. We do also carry many popular items in stock and delivery time on these will be sooner if possible.


Shipping is charged at cost per delivery. With probably 75% of our products we can offer an exceptional bulk discount to interstate and remote areas via courier. With all other goods, we charge you what Australia Post or Fastways charge us.

We can organise international shipping, but please be aware, that Australia's postal charges are VERY expensive compared to the USA and other countries. For approximate pricing, please visit Australia Posts website.
